  • Define and deliver a yearly roadmap to transform AXA Hong Kong website into a solid eCommerce platform
  • Lead the AXA Hong Kong website animation, optimization and developments to increase eCommerce revenue
  • Oversee daily website operation, governance, enhancement and optimization
  • Manage website SEO to drive traffic performance
  • Prioritize development backlog and ensure delivery’s agility, quality and efficiency
  • Ensure consistency of the website content, user experience, user interface, etc.
  • Closely monitor website usage & performance, coordinate adequate analysis and A/B tests and bring forward improvements recommendations based on results
  • Enforce and monitor the use of the right processes and governance for website-related projects
  • Monitor and secure AXA Hong Kong digital presence & footprint

Qualifications / Skills:
  • Minimum 8 years digital project and website management experience
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Experience with analytics, SEM/SEO, Display, RTB/Programmatic is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Website and E-Commerce Analytics, User Experience & User Interface
  • Flexible & Autonomous, with can-do attitude
  • Good team player to work in a diverse team as wells as collaborate cross-functionally
