As a Project Manager in the Service Operations Group the candidate will be assume accountabilty for overseeing and managing the overall day to day responsibilities for assigned CTO projects and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing process solutions that are used by a transversal Operations team
• Focus of assigned projects will be to advance CTO’s Bankable Plan initiatives with the following expectations:
o Driving efficiency
o Eliminating paper
o Driving digital adoption
o Enhancing customer service in selected segments
• Candidates will also be responsible: o Lead complex delivery programs/projects, which nay consist of multiple, smaller projects
o To validate projects and programs that are useful to the business and if not finding appropriate replacements
o Reviewing and approving work to make enhancements, identifying and resolving fixes and partnering with other areas to ensure the continued improvement of processes
o Act as the liaison when it comes to any Enterprise projects that have a direct or indirect impact on Operations and will need to ensure project driven changes are completed in a timely manner
o Analyzing advisor and client interactions focusing on digital experience by continually reviewing AXA websites and speech analytics tools o Control/escalate issues and risks, manage timelines, ensure alignment and consolidation of functional planning and execution efforts
• Candidate is expected to promote Operations related digital tools to advisors and provide training to the field on said digital tools

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business with 8 to 10 years of project management experience, industry agnostic
• Proven track record of having run projects that blend business and technology.
• Examples of candidate’s ability to analyze and develop a solution by noticing patterns
• Willingness to learn new processes and products and a genuine interest in the emerging technologies
• Strong ability to clearly and effectively communicate program/project status, milestones and deliverables to all levels of management and other stakeholders as well as recommend and drive implementation of approved courses of action and ensure metrics are in place to measure success
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage time and deliver while balancing multiple products and time lines will be critical to success in this position
• Preferred knowledge of design/database technologies or general knowledge of computer programming.
• Required knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
