  • To perform assessment, capture and approval of customer requests of AWM book with high quality within agreed TAT
  • To perform first round quality checking (cross-checking) within the required time frame according to the requirements of various service request types
  • To conduct monthly quality checking according to the required sample size and meet target accuracy rate
  • To prepare templates / memos for administrator to further proceed with related follow up tasks like Finance memo, pending requirement memo to consultants
  • To investigate the case details and prepare case summary for enquiries or complaints when needed
  • To provide administrative support and operational support to WMA team as a whole whenever needed
  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support life operations


  • DSE or above
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferable in life insurance operation
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including Chinese Typing
