1.    Support function head in developing/ revamp of existing health products and matters related to health products.

2.    Responsible for getting market information and prepare update for management on matters related to health (specifically health products.)

3.    Assist conducting workshops, training, reporting (Local/ RO) and review documents related to health products for AXA entities

4.    Support entities devising campaigns, monitor and reports to drive sales strategies and achieve targets.

  1. Support function head in preparing health governance (monthly/ quarterly) update.

  1. A graduate/ post graduate degree in Management (Marketing or Finance), Actuary or related field.
  2. Experience in insurance or financial industry (minimum of 3-4 years) in Product Management, Marketing or Health Business
  3. Negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

4.    Ability to influence

5.    Ability to analyses numbers and good understanding of MS Excel and MS Power Point will be preferred

6.    Energetic personality with good communication skills (Bahasa and English); a positive force within a team
