Process design and Improvement
• Work with stakeholders across multiple IT and business areas to design/streamline Architecture processes to ensure they are efficient, well-understood, compliant with legal and process requirements and complied with because of their simplicity.
• Engage with Stakeholders to understand process areas in need of improvement and ensure that they understand purpose of goverence processes and follow them.

Process execution and compliance
• Review and Approve/Deny purchase requests as the Technical Hardware/Software Approver
o Be able to assist with submitting purchase requests for architecture team members
• Manage vendor review program as IT Architecture Lead/SME:
o Assigning vendor reviews to architect team members
o Holding bi-weekly status check ins with architect team members
o Coordinating prioritization review with procurement team
• Manage and Coordinate the Architecture Governance Process:
o Schedule weekly Pre-Review Meetings and Architecture Governance Meeting with architecture team and relevant stakeholders
o Ensure PAQs are updated by architecture team and as projects move through the AGP
o Maintain watchlist items in System Portal by holding monthly status check ins with project architects
o Update and Maintain the AGP as needed and related documentation/templates (HLD, ZP/BP) as owner of Knowledge Management Workstream in Architecture Guild
• Ensure team architects are working at appropriate work capacities
o Provide estimation requests to project managers when requested
o Monitor cost charges to Lights On budget
o Update staffing profile weekly via reports from PPM
o Distribute allocation reports from PPM to all team architects each month
o Ensure team has submitted timesheets weekly
• Participate on software asset management project by providing contributions to creating software whitelist / blacklist and processes/policies of software whitelist / blacklist usage within the enterprise
• Ownership of System Portal (IT application asset management system)
o Review and Approve/Deny System Portal Service Requests
o Prioritize and Execute System Portal feature and function change requests
o Execute annual recertification process of all systems in System Portal
o Respond to all inquiries regarding System Portal and occasionally provide reporting from System Portal as a response to inquiries


-1+ years general IT experience
- Bachelors degree from accredited college or university
- Basic knowledge of project management practices to effectively support project execution
- Basic knowledge and application of various software development life-cycles (e.g., traditional and agile), including progressive project delivery techniques such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean
- Good interpersonal / relationship management skills, able to foster working relationships within the team, across IT and with business colleagues
- Knowledge of business and technology practices and trends
- Good influencing / negotiation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible
