  • Organize and prepare the meeting logistics for Quality of Services Forum
  • Prepare and update relevant meeting and governance documents (such as incident tracker) and minute-taking
  • Work with relevant departments / teams to agree the standardized approach for major incidents
  • Ensure relevant internal departments / teams to follow agreed incident handling and communication, reporting process.
  • Track the status of follow-up actions and facilitate the internal discussion / communication (if necessary)
  • Facilitate to identify the services and enhancement opportunities in order to continuously provide quality services to distributors and customers
  • Support and coordinate to deliver various initiatives and develop training materials for  driving the adoption of digital tools by distributors
  • Prepare the presentation and usages reports for effective communication with distributors and key stakeholders
  • Assist in formulating and implementing and various digital projects / strategies to modernize the sales process

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of working experience. Preferably in operation field of insurance & financial services
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently and also as team player
  • Good organizational, analytic, inter-personal and presentation skills
  • Experienced in managing different stakeholders
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication with fluency in Chinese
