Provides general administrative support to the Implementation Management Office and Data Analytics. Provides a full range of administrative and/or secretarial services to a senior executive, including managing expenses and day to day activities of Lead Directors. Liase with procurement, handling invoices (ARIBA) and reimbursements. Assists in expense tracking, submission and approval. Composes correspondence and documents of a highly confidential nature. Notes commitments made during meetings, and arranges for staff implementation. Arranges and coordinates travel and meeting schedules. Assist with onboarding new employees and consultants. Prepares power points, agendas and meeting briefings for the executive. Summarizes contents of incoming materials requiring knowledge of technical matters. Leverages excel to analyze data. May also be responsible for project coordination for small routine projects. Some travel may be required.
Exhibits professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office. (word, excel, power point) • Excellent verbal/written communications skills, note taking and proof reading abilities. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects • Intermediate level of problem solving skills, research and data gathering ability, analytical and negotiation skills. • Independent thinker • Industry knowledge preferred but not required Experience working with IT or Data teams preferred. • 3-5 years experience Calendar management, Travel coordination, Invoice submission
