§ Handle the agency payroll accurately and on timely manner
§ Key touch-point for distributors’ enquiries on compensation and contract maintenance related matters
§ Maintain and update system on channels movement
§ Review and calculate compensation adjustment requests
§ Handle various compensation packages validation manually and independently
§ Prepare monthly compensation reports
§ Perform annual taxation filling
§ Distribute reports and provide administrative supports in good order
§ Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
§ Support ad hoc projects and assignments provided by supervisors
§ Higher Diploma or above / University graduate preferred and major in Business or Accounting related subject
§ At least 1 year of working experience, relevant experience in insurance industry is preferable
§ Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
§ Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadline
§ Meticulous and good in numbers
§ Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal
§ Proficiency in both written and spoken English§ Fresh graduate will also be considered
