Performs routine and complex financial transactions across multiple Life products. Able to research and resolve standard issues and complex billing issues associated with check remittances, on-line payments, pre-authorized (system-matic) or lockbox rejections. With experience handles escalated requests. Independently resolves complex and sensitive casework. Strong knowledge of product features and system knowledge to perform transaction processing. Ability to handle all calls, escalations and service recovery with tact and poise while conveying a sense of understanding and urgency. Strong interpersonal and decision making and problem solving skills.
