Key Functions
Play a leading role in a cross-functional team of Actuarial Production Support analysts responsible for the following:
• Respond to inquiries from policyholders, product managers, service delivery, producers and other areas of AXA Equitable requiring validation of policy
values from illustration, issue or administrative systems.
• Provide ongoing manual support of policy values for functions not supported due to limitations in the existing production systems.
Main Activities
• Respond to requests to explain or validate policy values across life insurance product lines and resulting from either illustration or administrative


• Strong knowledge of life insurance, specifically term, participating whole life, universal life, variable universal life and indexed universal life products.
AXA product knowledge preferred. Previous experience performing or validating calculations a plus.
• AXA Systems knowledge highly desired: CAPS, Life 70, Andesa, and Aegis Illustrations.
• Strong knowledge of life product Actuarial calculations or familiarity understanding Actuarial specifications.
• Experience reporting defects using HP Quality Center tool a plus.
• Strong computer skills, expertise working with and creating Excel spreadsheet models to perform calculations. Experience with interactive debugging to
analyze code a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
