  • Advanced end-user support experience supporting mobile devices, tablet, laptop and desktop.
  • Maintain and manage the health of the tenant.
  • Manage the license and subscription in the tenant.
  • Work as a team to resolve analytics and error reports from Microsoft.
  • Escalate any upcoming changes from Microsoft to appropriate O365 application owners.
  • Analyze and report on 36-month roadmap view and coordination (including impact/affects).
  • Liaison between Microsoft and different application owners for support and patches/upgrades.
  • Resolve complex routing problems in a heterogeneous environment.
  • Develop custom powershell scripts for automation, redundant task, reporting, monitoring etc.
  • Maintain and support the administration of corporate email and Exchange applications environment, which comprises Exchange on-prem and O365 services.
  • Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational checklists and operational reports


  • Project management experience implementing and maintaining Office 365 solutions that focus on workflow, document management, and content creation for web-focused business teams.
  • Hands On administration experience with Microsoft Office 365 cloud technologies, such as, Azure, OneDrive, Yammer, SharePoint Teams, Skype Audio Conferencing.
  • Ability to stay up to date on O365 changes MS releases around each O365 product including Exchange Online, Skype for Business, SharePoint, etc.
  • Ability to lead activities around O365 licensing, experience in managing B2B or extranet users a must.
  • Ability to maintain PowerShell scripts used to manage\support the O365 environment for multiple apps--Azure, SharePoint, Groups.
  • Proven understanding and background in implementing services such as IRM, DRM, DLP, Retention Policies, MDM, Email Encryption, and Threat Protection.
  • Experience with mixed mode Microsoft Exchange hybrid environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with modest supervision.
  • Ability to execute a number of tasks, at times simultaneously and with changing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate well orally on technical topics with people of all skill-levels and rank.
  • Ability to work with users and peers to provide technology solutions for particular issues.
  • Ability to understand, analyze and resolve technical desktop problems.
  • Ability to understand, analyze and assist in the resolution of LAN, WAN and server problems.
  • Ability to follow through with assignments until all tasks are complete.
  • Ability to follow AXA-defined processes and procedures.
