The successful candidate has a minimum of 4 years experience providing Identity & Access Management (IAM) system integration and platform support. As a member of the Enterprise Technology Services IAM team within the Information Technology organization this candidate will work with team members and IT clients to establish collaborative productive relationships that result in high quality, timely IAM deliverables. This individual thrives when working in a fast paced, technically diverse environment and possesses a strong desire for continuous learning. This position is located in Syracuse, New York. Weekends and evening support will be required at times. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.



  • Remain informed of IAM related industry trends and contribute to the IAM strategic roadmap
  • Work closely with team members and clients to provide IAM system integration solutions
  • Architect and build Java applications for our identity and security practice
  • Ensure supporting infrastructure is compliant with security and audit requirements
  • Identify and implement innovative / optimization opportunities
  • Available for weekend and evening support of IAM platform and system integration issues when needed.




  • Ability to effectively work with team members across multiple locations and time zones
  • Demonstrated innovative problem solving, analysis, design, and testing skills.
  • English speaking with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies
  • Experience with Kanban and Agile methodologies.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with the following technologies

- Strong development skills with Java v1.7.x or higher

- Weblogic

- Apache Tomcat, HTTP server, Ansible

- Spring framework

- Red Hat Linux

- Forgerock Directory Server

- Forgerock Access Management



- SAML, OAuth, OpenID

- LDAP/LDAPS, Active Directory, Kerberos

- Programming/scripting languages Java, C#, Javascript, Groovy, SQL
