uplift AXA HK’s marketing (external and internal) of its life insurance
a Product Marketing function that not only can effectively promote strengths of
AXA’s offerings, but also systematically contribute to product developments
with its knowledge of market and consumer insights
a Proposition Development function that can bring to life AXA’s Payor+Partner
strategy, by introducing and maintaining value-added-services that can elevate
AXA’s life insurance products
- Leveraging extensively and optimally the various media
available, particularly digital channels; and where a particular channel is not
available but not effective, to lead the development of such new channel/tool
define and execute AXA HK’s product marketing strategy, working in conjunction
with markets owners (Savings & Retirement, Health & Protection)
the Product Marketing function, to promote products through existing media and
develop new ones, as well as leading the design and coordination of product
launch events and other media events as related to life products
the Proposition Development and Maintenance function, to embed meaningful VAS
into offerings (permanent and otherwise) and maintain them
research initiatives into potential strategic segments or opportunities, while
assisting markets owners in conducting research for new product developments
- Coordination and sometimes development of marketing
content (principally digital ones) to be delivered to front line staff in all
graduate, preferred in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline
3 yrs managerial experience
in advertising is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written in Mandarin, Catonese and English.
