- Support Project Coordinators and Project
Managers in their journey through the project framework (Project Review
Committee, Group Security Executive Committee, etc.)
- Standardize and industrialize the
reporting tools and make the appropriate evolutions to improve it
- Ensure the good quality of the project
data in the several tools (Triskell, DB Project, etc.)
- Follow-up and consolidate the project
information (budget, planning, scope), and produce the KPIs
- Communicate the relevant information to
the different level of governance, ensure the right information is available to
the right person at the right moment (closure at the end of each month, etc.)
- Support the team in developing new tools
and settle good practices to improve Project Management and Project Management
- Ensure the alignment with AXA Group
degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or a closely-related
Overall work experience in the field
- Experience in Project
Management is a plus
