Main accountability of Transversal team:
Plan, coordinate and control the deployment of necessary actions in the countries of the Region related to projects (IFRS9, IFRS17)
Coordinate and control Group accounting and consolidation standard are correctly applied.
Ensure that a minimum set of controls have been put in place at entity level to ensure the quality and consistency of financial information.
Lead within INM organization (entities and other regional teams) and Group some recurring processes as well as the implementation of new requests (from Group or regional management): animation & negotiation.
Plan, coordinate and control S2P3 reporting for non European Entities.
Identify, analyze and follow Balance Sheet risk (through Balance Sheet review, follow-up of local audit report)
Educated to degree standard in Finance (accounting, reporting management)
Solid experience (min 5-8 years’ experience) in insurance consolidation, reporting
Solid insurance business understanding (P&C and L&S)
Strong knowledge concerning IT soft application (Excel, Powerpoint, Magnitude, and Iris internal application should be a plus)
Strong to expert knowledge of IFRS standards, AXA specificities is a plus
Strong to expert knowledge of insurance accounting principles, specific knowledge on investment accounting under IFRS a great plus
Good knowledge of the Group way of working, knowing other correspondent is a plus
Independent and reliable
Fluent in at least 2 of those 3 languages: English / Spanish / French spoken and written. Another language of the entities of the Region should be a plus
