Job Responsibilities:


  • Follow up daily quotation request, including negotiation and re-pricing of new and renewal business
  • Meet distribution channels needs and provide after sales support 
  • Manage channel sales activities and develop business 
  • Assist in coordinating events & functions to meet the needs of channel
  • Coach subordinate to support after-sales service and strealine of workflow.

Requirements:


  • Degree or above preferred, non-degree holders with relevant experience will be considered 
  • 5 years or above experience in sales distribution of group insurance
  • agency expereince is a plus
  • Detail-minded, organized and with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
