Main mission and stakes


1. You will be managing the Directors’ and the operational teams’ activities:


-       To manage the Directors’ complex diaries: organisation of meetings, conference calls and seminars with many last minute changes.

-       To organise trips abroad for the Directors and their teams

-       To manage administrative tasks (holidays approval, purchases, expenses)

-       To manage document filing & archiving

-       To review, update, collect and centralise certain governance documents

-       To support the Director’s with coordinating the Group Standards Handbook certifications  and supporting General Counsel with dispensation requests 


2. You will be handling the preparation and follow-up of operational files:


-       To search and collect the required information, classify and summarise it

-       To write and format diverse documents (mail, reports, tables, notes) with information given both in written and orally

-       To take responsibility of certain specific tasks (dashboards, follow-up of simple quantitative and/or qualitative data)

-       To manage phone calls, analyse and filter them, and pass on the resulting requests and/or information

Technical skills:


BAC + 2 or equivalent

-       English French bilingual or English native

-       5 years minimum experience in an international and matrix environment

-       Expertise in office software applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

-       Expertise in new technologies (video conferences, skype, Lync,  messaging)

-       Capable of searching efficiently on the internet (logistics – hotels, specific itineraries)

-       Able to analyse and understand the information concerning ongoing files


-       Able to coordinate and summarise the information coming from different sources

-       Able to manage priorities and to rank activities according to urgencies in intense
