Design and maintain corporate policy on the principles and practices on participating business management
Conduct detailed analyses and prepare reports for dividend recommendations
Provide explanations of results and recommendations to product and distribution teams as well as other stakeholders including group office
Review disclosures related to non-guaranteed benefits to ensure they comply with GL16 and are in accordance with our dividend / bonus philosophy
Asset share and guaranteed charge calculation and management
Identify and implement process improvements for the asset share calculation and dividend / bonus determination processes
Contribute to strategic asset allocation review of participating business through providing opinion in respect of PRE
Coach and develop the junior team members
Qualified or nearly qualified actuary
7 or more years' experience in life insurance industry
Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Good command of business English, both in written and spoken form
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Actuarial Manager
