To apply change management expertise to contribute to successful outcome / benefit realization across all work streams of Health Claims Transformation (HCT) program. This includes:

·         Drive and deliver change management activities with each work stream leaders

·         Support program level governance work under the programme manager

·         Apply structured methodology to deliver change management activities.  This includes but is not limited to:

o Design, development and delivery of communications

o Stakeholder and impact assessments: identify and manage areas of resistance

o Conduct training, lunch & learn and other awareness sessions

o Define metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor the progress on change

·         Support and engage senior leaders and business sponsors

·         Work with work stream leaders to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan

·         Coaching team members within the HCT program to increase awareness and understanding of change management

·         Communicate to status updates, risk/issues and progress to project stakeholders

·         Support program level governance work

·         Other tasks or duties as assigned by the programme manager


Experience / Qualifications:

·         University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines

·         5-10 years solid experience of management / consulting experience in Operations Development, Business Process Management, Change Management and/or Management Consulting; with at least 2 years in a project manager or equivalent capacity

·         Experience in working on large scale organisation-wide projects

·         Proven track record in delivery of large, complex projects in large, complex organisations

·         Strong change management and stakeholder management skills; with proven capability of influencing  and facilitate executive level decisions

·         Knowledge of life and/or general insurance operations an advantage

·         Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable. LOMA qualification an added advantage
