MAIN JOB DUTY:
promptly to customer inquiries via emails, letters and live chats within
customers with accuracy product and service information to resolve customer
inquiries in professional and customer oriented manner
soft complain case within service level agreement to avoid turning into formal
and escalate priority issue to manager for any potential. Escalate
promptly to complain team for formal complaint case via email or letter
problem analysis and problem solving abilities.

records of reply email and letter for customer interactions and update transactions
7 graduate/diploma or above with at least 1 year working experience in life insurance
/ finance industry preferable.
computer skills including MS word, excel and Chinese Typing
written and communication skills in both English and Chinese
qualification – Paper 1, 3 & 5 preferable
interpersonal, organization and communication skills
organized, self-initiative and a good team-player
