  • Monitor and control the budget, contract and any processes   related to IT Operations team
  • Interfacing with Finance, Procurement, Legal and Compliance to ensure SOP is available understood and executed.
  • Manage interface with Regional Office, vendor,  and local stakeholders
  • Work with the relevant parties in the business to identify the expected benefits from IT Operations Project and define method to monitor and measure it
  • Determine resource requirements   and   manage internal and external resources for project related to IT Operations

  • Min 3 years proven experience in
  • Group insurance / general insurance / business / finance /
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven organizational negotiation and influencing skills. Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with being organized, structured, assertive are required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong report writing ability
  • Influencing and Negotiation Skills
  • Active in English speaking and writing is essential
  • Quick thinking ability and an inquiring mind
