- Lead the enquiry and complaint management team to resolve claim enquiry on daily basis- Drive internal stakeholders on enabling first-time resolution- Drive customer feedback into claim team training material- Drive customer feedback into system automation- Drive digitalization including eClaim and eCommunication usage- Prepare regular performance reporting- Support claim production incident reporting
- 7 years or above experiences in project/ claim management/ customer services management- Able to work with stakeholders independently- Experiences in health insurance industry- Strong command in English and Chinese (spoken and written)- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
