The primary duties of the Senior Sub-Sovereign Analyst are:


- Analyze and monitor the credit risk of a portfolio of sub-sovereign and

government agencies especially but not only in Austria, Germany and

Switzerland

- Provide proprietary fundamental ratings and recommendations for assigned

issuers

- Maintain a close relationship with issuers AXA IM Sub-sovereign analysy

- Communicate actively AXA’s Group asset managers and AXA entities

- Liaise with rating agencies,


The Senior Sub-Sovereign core work results in:


- Internal credit ratings for credits within his:her portfolio

- Surveillance notes about key credit events for covered issuers

- Credit assessments for newly proposed names

- Knowledge transfer and successful integration of analysis within GCT team

- Periodic sector reviews

- Collaboration on activities including work with teammates handling market and

credit data  


The targeted background for the Senior Credit Analyst includes:

Master’s degree in Economics; Public Policies; Finance or Business

At least 5 years of experience in credit analysis with experience on sub-sovereign in Germany Switzerland and/or Austria at least 3 years covering European financial institutions at firms with demonstrably strong credit cultures

Fluency in written and spoken English; French a plus
