To support our business strategy and expansion in new markets, AXA is building a new Group Physical Security Practice. Its objective is to ensure a consistent risk based protection to our staffs and assets across the Group.
Job purpose:
  • Implement the Group Physical Security Strategy
  • Liaise and support AXA entities, Contribute to assess the physical  security maturity of AXA entities by visits and regular liaison
  • Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor worldwide security environment to ensure adapted protection measures are in place in AXA entities
  • Provide support in incident and crisis management
  • Enhance the physical security culture of employees and management at all levels
  • Back office project management (document preparation, data base management, provider management, etc)
  • Report to the Head of Group Physical Security  


Masters degree in International Relations or Legal or Security related topic
  • Physical security certifications and qualifications (e.g. ASIS, CNPP)
  • Crisis management qualification is an advantage
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
Overall work experience in the field:
Experience in corporate security management and/or consultancy > 5 years
Skills / abilities:
  • Deep knowledge in international politics and security
  • Operate comfortably at management level 
  • Experience in working in stressful, complex situations
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  •  Strong networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team
