  • Drive and implement insurance business strategy of affinity partner sales with an effective model in alignment with business growth directive
  • Design, plan and lead end-to-end process and programs launch for respective affinity partners via B2B / B2C / digital platform based on a simplified and customer-centric approach
  • Actively work with internal stakeholders on enabling well support to fulfil affinity partners' needs for development
  • Drive and manage efficient partner relationship and communication for a sustainable business growth and explore new business opportunities of affinity partner
  • Provide ad hoc support on driving Life Agency sales & training management to support new initiatives such as product launch / revamp and channels productivity uplift
  • Manage business reports and analytics for review and planning 
  • Enable market intelligence / research information sharing for business development purpose

  • University graduate in any discipline, with IIQE Paper I,II & III qualification is an advantage
  • 8 – 10 years experience in Insurance business
  • Capacity to drive business and projects, along with a proven track record in managing change
  • Demonstrated ability to build good relationship with partners and manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Capacity to influence, engage and lead in a positive and inspiring manner
  • Good analytical mind with professional presentation
  • Enthusiastic in driving / implementing new initiatives for business growth
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
