Job purpose

 

This resource will support Group Security by designing, implementing and managing Behavior Change initiatives leveraged by trainings and mainly focused on ‘All Employees’ target audience

 
Key deliverables include:
  • Develop AXA Security Culture and turn all employees into AXA first line of defense (~160 000 people)
  • Leverage new and existing trainings to support the behavior change
  • Manage Behavior Change projects and activities across the Group
  • Implement and monitor all the learning & development channels including new technologies
  • Interacting with SMEs to gather information and structuring for audience appropriate consumption
  • Delivering quality reports and presentation content

Key responsibilities
  • Contribute to build a consistent training strategy according to the target
  • Design, develop and manage trainings to support Behavior Change
  • Create associated delivery plans and manage related budgets
  • Leverage Group regalia functions and existing transversal networks to support Group and local action plans
  • Manage stakeholders and build relationships at Group and local levels to ensure an effective implementation of the action plans
  • Deliver quality presentations and provide required reports for governance processes

Qualifications

Education
  • A degree or proven experience in Learning & Development, Trainings or HR
  • A degree or proven experience in Information Security would be desirable
 
Overall work experience in the field
  • Experience in international decentralized organization at Group and local levels > 5 years
  • Experience with international decentralized organization and professional family networks > 3 years
  • Experience of managing complex projects > 2 years
  • Experience of producing training materials > 5 years
  • Experience in Information Security Field > 3 years
  • Experience of developing Learning & Development strategies > 3 years
  • Design of training related to Information Security
 
Skills / abilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of international decentralized organization
  • Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure
  • Operate comfortably at management level
  • Strong networking skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to apply analytical rigor to understand complex business scenarios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (oral / writing)
