Key Accountabilities:


This role is responsible for contributing to the design and configuration of the business products in the core systems (RLS, PSEA, G400,RCMS, EB, WFI, MCS) and to effectively perform the following functions:


Leadership:

  • Evaluating outcomes and revising future processes based on learning from experience
  • Proactively initiate and develop quality improvements to systems, processes and practices
  • Drive for high quality, actionable results
  • Provide leadership to ensure that services to stakeholders, are delivered to agreed standards
  • Support and coach your team using your technical knowledge and experience to drive best practice and ensure capability is optimised.

Product Design & Configuration:

  • Manage the design and configuration of the business products in the core systems
  • Ensure accurate information is provided within a constrained timeline to support management committee and senior leader decision
  • Perform other tasks as assigned



Experience / Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree required with preference toward business application development (e.g. - management information system, computer science, etc.); Master degree preferred, but not required 
  • 5 - 8 years’ experience in core system product configuration (RLS, PSEA, G400,RCMS, EB, WFI, MCS)
  • 3 years’ experience in Life, P&C or Health Insurance
  • Good background in SQL server and VB.NET and ASP.NET is preferred
  • Good analytical capability and skills related to business application
  • Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, service-minded, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated
  • Good spoken and written English & Cantonese skills
