Key Accountabilities:

Manage the Senior and Junior UX and UI designers and manage the day to day operations of the UX studio. Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the team goes successfully from early stage concepts to launch, following the established end-to-end UX process. Manage multiple schedules and priorities, help lead designers across various stages of the UX process and you will be responsible for organizing, managing and moderating of user testing.


You will coordinate workshops and lead design sprints. In charge of planning and scheduling the UX team staffing and work. Mentor, develop and provide feedback to your team. Work closely with Marketing to ensure full alignment

  • Manage team members to perform business & technical impact analysis to ensure that IT solutions comply with standardised AXA frameworks.
  • Drive team members to work productively and to ensure that the technical solution option could be defined to solve the business obstacle.
  • Ensure IT standard, methodology and procedure are in place and up to date and followed by team members and others.
  • Train and improve team members to meet standards and best practices to deliver IT solutions.
  • Manage and monitor IT Project Portfolio and resource planning.
  • Prepare and propose IT work priority, resources and spending to IT Steering Committee for approval and communication
  • Contribute in IT strategic and develop and monitor operational plan.
  • Contribute in developing IT plan and budget for approval by relevant sponsor and steering committees.
  • Contribute in building relationship and manage IT communications across organization.

Experience / Qualification:

  • Typically require a tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related field
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience  in solution architecture role.
  • 5+ years finance industry experience in creative field, preferably agency environment.
  • Relevant experience on insurance or other financial services is preferred
  • Proven ability to undertake and manage large scale complex IT projects independently
  • Relevant experience on life insurance or other financial services
  • Experience on IT Resource Management and IT Portfolio Management
