MISSION
 
The job has two key components
 
Being “Senior Finance Analyst” of AXA Tech Corporate, the candidate brings high level of expertise to manage AD Hoc financial analysis and business cases as well as  transformational studies of AXA Tech worldwide in order to provide AXA Tech Stakeholders, CFO and CEO with a clear and understandable view of the major financial parameters to support business decisions, minimize the financial risks, and track progress
 
He/she has to be able to produce financial analysis to support the executive decision process and must be familiar whit Commercial proposals analysis
 
Being a “Finance IT business Analyst” the candidate has also a key role in supporting large strategic programs by modelling complex financial cases, support financial decision making, and tracking execution.
 
An understanding of the “IT ” and “IT Service Delivery” components will be key to model baselines evolution, new targets construction (Labor and Non-Labor) as well as discuss and challenge the financial efficiency of the proposed new technical solutions 
Financial insight and long-term view as well as deep understanding of AXA Tech strategy are key to strongly support the process
 
 
DOMAINES OF RESPONSABILITY
 
He/she is worldwide responsible of:
 
  • Developing strong and solid financial models,
  • Developing complex Business Cases with significant IT content and modelling
  • Ensuring consistency between different business cases
  • Supporting and managing financial instruction process and deliverable
  • Managing consolidation, control and analysis of all data by segment
  • Documenting CFO & CEO deck including status and strong recommendations
  • Supporting due diligence and scope expansion financial work
     

PROFILE
 
  • Engineering degree with solid financial skills (the reverse is also possible)
  • At least 7/10 years of proven experience in an international environment and an experience in a consulting firm (Big 4)
  • IT background obtained through various experiences in IT Infrastructure companies and or Digital departments
  • Highly “Result” oriented and driven person
  • Has worked in one major Consulting Firm (Big 4) for at least 4/5 years
  • Strong Financial expertise of accounting and controlling
  • Proven exposure to IT Infrastructure environment or Digital departments
  • Proven ability to prioritize objectives and duties
  • Demonstrated ability to model and  manage complex business cases & simulations
  • Strong and proven project management capability
  • Excellent relationship management; Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the hierarchy
  • Expertise and knowledge of tax aspects on international flows

  • Strong analytical skills and capabilities
  • MS Office master in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Tax understanding in a global environment
  • Proficient in presentation, both oral and written
  • Good level of expertise on IT cost structure of one or various technical domains (Mainframe, Distributed, Network, Workplace, Cloud, Big Data,…)
     
    Non-technical skills
  • Strong Ability to drive other people and obtain results.
  • High level of maturity in interfacing with people, working both across cultures and at various levels of the organization; Assertive, persuasive and didactic
  • Real aptitude for working in a multicultural and global environment and proven collaboration skills
  • Communication skills (both oral and written) are important for managing meetings with executives.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, analyze and give senior advise
