Responsible for day to day handling of non-motor claims.


1. Ensure prompt processing of claims including appointment of adjusters.

2. Verify, assess and approve promptly all claims within authority.

3. Monitor and review all files including aging cases effectively and within the time frame of settlement.

1. Degree in insurance or any related discipline.
2. Minimum 2  years’ experience in and/or  similar role or capacity.
3. Knowledge of AS400, Merimen & MS office. 
4. Good command in English, both in speaking and writing.
5. Work independently as well as a team player and self-motivated.
6. Good analytical skills.
