•       Assist day-to-day activities at customer service walk in centres and customer enquiry to maintain smooth and good customer service standard to both internal and external customers
•       Achieve department goals and service standard
•       Support projects/initiatives related to customer service and fraud control 
•       Perform follow up actions after enquiry
•       Need support reception duty & perform reception counter service 
•       Stationary & forms ordering and maintenance
•       Performed outbound calls to clients pick up cheques / documents
•       Able to perform administration work and reporting
•       Work on Saturday (half day)

•       University Graduate or above
•       At least 2 years' or above working experience in life insurance
•       Solid experience in walk in centre and strong customer service skill
•       Good team player
•       Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle both internal and external customers
•       Able to perform general administrative work
•       Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, included acceptable command in Mandarin
