The position is responsible for analyzing trends and root causes of complaints in order to recommend and follow through with improvement and preventive actions.

  • Assist Head of Client Relationship in designing and producing monthly and quarterly management complaint related dashboard/reports to relevant committees
  • Provide deep-drive analysis and customer insights on complaints and provide recommendation on improvement
  • Governance complaint data is accurate and full
  • Provide the coaching to the team members
  • Provide ad hoc support to the department, e.g. training material development, internal and external reporting and presentations, quality assurance and audit reviews, projects etc

  • Min 8 years relevant experience in business intelligence or statistic, prefer in insurance or financial industry
  • Knowledge of SQL and statistic modeling
  • Strong data-mining and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • “Can-do” attitude and able to work under stress
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese
