Job Summary
Develop Banca Affin business by focusing on SME & CPSB.

Job Responsibilities:

1.

Grow and expand Banca Affin business by executing sales and marketing activities, focus on SME & Commercial Banking (SME), Corporate & Public Sector Business (CPSB).

2.

Ensure that the Banca Affin business is focused on growing the core business lines (SME property, health, etc) in line with AXA’s vision and strategy.

3.

Understand Affin’s needs. Build close working relationship to drive Product/Campaign Initiative for optimum efficiency, cost effective and profitability.

4.

To achieve growth and profitability while maintaining strong retention.

5.

Support, implement and execute Head Office strategies and action plans.

6.

Source, share and capitalize on market intelligence within Department and Company.

7.

Ensure that Bancassurance business unit compliance with local and regional AXA, PIAM and BNM procedures and guidelines.


Job Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  Diploma / Degree in Marketing and/or related

 

PROFESSIONAL

(i.e. insurance / accounting, etc.)

  DMII / CMII or equivalent insurance qualifications

 

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

·   Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Bank or Insurance Company (Bancassurance) handling insurance products distribution through  Bancassurance distribution

SKILLS

(i.e. language, IT software, etc.)

·    Experience in similar capacity either in Bank, Life Insurance, or General Insurance

·   Digital literate

·   Possess good presentation skills

PERSONAL QUALITIES

·    Pleasant personality

·    Able to work independently

·    Self motivated

·    Team player

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

·       Good knowledge in General Insurance especially Commercial product classes
