Job Summary

Under the direction of the Vice President of Branch Operations and Agency Management, plans, organises, integrates, manages and evaluates the agency management portfolio, ensures that the department:

·         Adhering to the company policy and procedures

·         Compliance to applicable regulations and guidelines

·         Review, assess and streamline procedures

·         Provide periodic reports on agency management (both internal and external reporting)

And ensure customer expectations are being met and exceeded by the team, and performs other related duties as assigned. 

Job Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following and may vary depending on area of assignment:

  1.  Plans, manages, controls, integrates and evaluates the activities relating to agency management
  2. Assists in planning, organising, managing and evaluating the performance of assigned staff
  3. Provides leadership and works to develop and retain highly competent, team and customer-service oriented staff through selection, training and day-to-day management practices which support the Company’s mission and values
  4. Actively supports team to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and the Company’s goals obtained
  5. Develop, compiles, writes, updates, reviews and reconciles reports, records and documentation to ensure complete, accurate, current and concise.

 In the absence of the head of department or as otherwise delegated by the head of department, performs assigned duties of the head of department on branch operations related matters.  

Job Requirements:



Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution. 


(i.e. insurance / accounting, etc.)

AMII /ACII / DMII or equivalent insurance qualifications


Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance industry.


(i.e. language, IT software, etc.)

Possesses excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Words, Excel and Power Point. 


Possessed the passion to strive to be the best.
