Purpose of the role is to support the initiative which aims at making the organization a more agile company at regional level.

Key Accountabilities:


Project Management Office

  • Plan & structure the initiative
  • Define and track KPIs to measure progress on Agility at Enterprise level
  • Identify issues and potential risks across initiative and take measure to ensure issues, and risks are mitigated or resolved in a timely manner where possible.
Change Management
  • Stakeholder analysis and management
  • Production of Communication material
Collaboration
  • Communicate methodologies, frameworks, templates & material to countries to ensure a consistent approach to the same initiative across the region.


Qualifications

  • University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines.
  • Preferably LeSS / SAFe certified, Scrum Master certified, project management (PMP) certified
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of 6 years professional experience in project management, Agile, program management or PMO functions.
  • Over of 4 years professional experience managing and/or leading a professional business PMO.
  • Significant knowledge of international company environment and way of working
  • Strong change management and project management skills and experience
  • Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of Agile principles and values
  • Ability to support and guide management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong PPT and Excel skills
  • Action / deleivery oriented: Make things progress / happen
