Job Summary:

Manage call centre and ensure delivery of KPIs
  1. Carry out campaign performance analysis, tracking and planning
  2. Drive and monitor call centre’s performance
  3. Plan and ensure sufficient leads for telemarketing campaign
  4. Setup new telemarketing campaign

Job Responsibilities:

Manage call centre and ensure delivery of KPIs
  1. Carry out campaign performance analysis, tracking and planning
  2. Ensure outsourced call centre achieve sales KPI
  3. Ensure call centre productivity and QA KPI are met
  4. Carry out campaign performance analysis, tracking and planning

Drive and monitor call centre’s performance
  1. Monitor call centre’s performance closely and provide necessary remedial actions
  2. Plan sales challenges to improve the performance
  3. Hold regular meetings with call centre to ensure call centre fully understand the KPI and actions required from them

Plan and ensure sufficient leads for telemarketing campaign
  1. Work with database sponsor on leads tapping planning
  2. Ensure sufficient leads for telemarketing campaign
  3. Perform analysis on buyer profile, leads profile & billing pattern

Setup new telemarketing campaign
  1. Work with respective stakeholders to setup new campaign & ensure smooth roll out of telemarketing campaigns
  2. Ensure campaigns are compliant with internal & BNM guidelines

Job Requirements:
  1. Diploma or degree holder
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in handling telemarketing or direct marketing campaigns
  3. Good command in Malay & English. 
  4. Good analytical skill
  5. Sales oriented with business sense.
  6. Aggressive towards meeting or exceeding target.
