Objectives and scope of services


  • Configuration and maintenance of Privileged User Access solutions including security service operation and change activities
  • Trouble shoot SL2 issues and problems within the CyberArk solution
  • Patching, upgrades, general maintenance of infrastructure OS (Vaults only) and software solution
  • Liaise with local teams to fix issues and resolve technical issues
  • Perform route cause analysis of problems


Expected deliverables


  • Respond to SL2 incidents and queries
  • Deployment of new platforms and configuration of the CyberArk components including EPV, PVWA, CMP, PSM(P), AIM etc
  • Develop be-spoke interfaces to non standard platforms
  • Develop connection components in CyberArk
  • Fix CyberArk technical issues globally (5 regional instances of CyberArk)
  • Support regional technical teams in case of Infrastructure changes (Network, Firewall, Policies, etc.) impacting CyberArk

Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • An MSc Information Security would be desirable but is not essential


Certification

  • Information Security and/or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP, CISM or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Member of IISP or have the qualification, skills and experience to become a member
  • Industry certifications for enterprise-level privileged access management tools is desirable but is not essential


Overall work experience in the field

  • Experience in Information Security field > 5 years
  • Experience in privileged access management > 5 years
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise-level privileged access management
  • Proven experience in working with federated privileged access management models, including Single Sign-On
  • Proven experience in architecting and designing privileged access management solutions
