(Include organizational reporting structure as applicable)
To work with Affin Bank Sales Branches to develop new and renewal Business in achieving designated GWP target set for the department
Tracking of booked-in premium/monthly production
Follow through business opportunities and promote AXA products and services such as cross sell of other classes of product
Review all accounts due for renewal to ensure high renewal retention and profitability
Servicing Affin Bank Retail customers on any policy processing request and documentation
Underwrite all cases of business within the given authority limits and liaise with superiors/underwriters on risk retention, where appropriate
Ensure profitability of department by exercising prudence underwriting
4.Service Delivery and Reporting
Follow-up with business support on all policy processing matters
Monitor claim status of all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction on our service
Maintain an up-to-date report on quotation activities, visitation activities and other reports
Ensure prompt response to customers at all times
Attend to all incoming call enquiries and mails enquiry
Constantly get in contact with Affin Bank Branch Managers and Customer Sales Representatives to develop rapport
Monitor, update and follow though payment(s) for accounts with outstanding premium
Ensure that all credit control matters are up to date and all agreed targets are achieved
1.To achieve Target GWP set for the department
2.To achieve Target Loss Ratio set for the department
3.To ensure premium collection are within target set by the company
4.To ensure Expense Ratio are within set by the company
5.To develop new business
6.Source, share and capitalize on market intelligence within Department and Company
1) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
2) At least 1-2 years of working experience in marketing and sales Bancassurance/ Life or General Insurance/ Banking products
3) Ability to coordinate sales related activities
4) Good communication and interpersonal skills
5) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
6) Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel (KL and Selangor only)
