JOB SUMMARY

Managing and processing all claims handling /settlement for TPPD claims.

2.

Ensure claims are processed within TAT

3.

Review files within the guidelines

4.

Respond to complaint

5.

Reducing abandoned call rate to 5%

 

*      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.

Managing and processing TPPD claims within TAT

2.

Assessment within the company’s Claims Service Standard or Service Commitment

3.

Ensure accuracy for overall claim processing

4.

Ensure response to customers within TAT which includes all correspondences, complaints, payment upon DV receipts

Carry out projects and other duties as may be assigned

 

 COMPLIANCE

 

1.

Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as all relevant Company, Regional and AXA Group policies and procedures.

2.

Information System Security:

Responsible for defining requirements as regards to information availability, confidentiality and integrity. Managers must ensure that all staff members (including temporary staff) and providers comply with the relevant security standards.

·          Perform risk analysis to determine risk and potential business impacts

·          Liaise and co-ordinate with Information System Security Manager on all Information System security activities within department

·          Ensure compliance on Information System Security standards and Information System Security guidelines are adhere to within department

(Requirement under Information Security Programme)

 

 

 PERFORMANCE MEASURES

 

1.

File review : 4 reviews with 100% compliance annually

2.

Managing claims within TAT : 95% compliance

·         Acknowledge Claim Submission/Notification & CH review case & ensure documents are complete. Inform customer if document not complete & CH request for info from TP insurer - – w/days

·         CH issue decision letter upon receipt of adjuster’s report / full doc - 3 w/days

·         Modification of reserve within the same day once info available with 95 % accuracy of data entry

·         E-payment requisition to SS Team within 1 w/day upon receipt of signed DV

·         Ensure 95% accuracy of data entry in system

·         Upload/attach documents to Claims File - within 2 w/days of receipt

·         Respond to correspondence within 3 working days

3.

Less than 10 complaints per year


 REQUIREMENTS

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Diploma & Degree in any and/or related lines

 

PROFESSIONAL

(i.e. insurance / accounting, etc.)

AMII /ACII / DMII or equivalent insurance qualifications

 

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years experience in and /or similar role / capacity

SKILLS

(i.e. language, IT software, etc.)

·   Proficient in English

·   Possess good presentation skills

·   Possess good negotiation skills

·   IT literate

·    Mature personality

·    Able to work independently and as Teamwork
