Provide marketing support to all Partnership Pos Marketers (Joint Event, Meeting and Bonding with Pos staff)
To assist Sharul (Agency 9) to visit Pos in Central (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor)
Participate in joint-promotion activities with Pos Malaysia when required.
Liaison with Pos Malaysia branches on endorsement and refund, NCD update and claim update.
Daily monitoring error log on STP for Pos Malaysia policy.
To ensure compliance to PIAM and BNM Guideline
Attend to telephone calls from Pos Malaysia / Pos customers,
Assist in planning and budgeting for Agency 9 ensuring to meet the budget.
General Administration for Agency 9 & Partnership Pos
To joint any event by Pos upon request in Pos Central (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor)
Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as all relevant Company, Regional and AXA Group policies and procedures.
Responsible for defining requirements as regards to information availability, confidentiality and integrity. Managers must ensure that all staff members (including temporary staff) and providers comply with the relevant security standards.
· Perform risk analysis to determine risk and potential business impacts
· Liaise and co-ordinate with IS Security Manager on all IS security activities within department
· Ensure compliance on IS Security standards and IS Security guidelines are adhere to within department
(Requirement under Information Security Programme)

Diploma & Degree in any and/or related
(i.e. insurance / accounting, etc.)
AMII /ACII / DMII or equivalent insurance qualifications
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in and /or similar role / capacity
(i.e. language, IT software, etc.)
