Part of this Business unit, we’re building the Digital Presence team in order to:

  • Effectively govern AXA Group’s large growing digital assets portfolio (all domain names, websites, mobile applications and social media pages used by AXA across the world)
  • Protect the Brand by discovering new digital activities on the Web, leading investigation and directing effective and rapid enforcement actions as soon as risks or threats are detected
  • Establish awareness and accountability for core business risks and processes link to the Digital Presence
  • Capture, control and report on digital risks at the AXA Group level
  • Demonstrate control and regulatory compliance
  • Provide standards & Policies to guarantee standardization and consistency across the Group
  • Drive engagement with AXA’s entities
  • Police AXA’s digital activity to ensure standards are met
  • Identify and recommend best practices to ensure continuous improvement in quality and relevance of the Digital Presence processes

 

Key responsibilities – accountabilities

 

  • Support the development & implementation of Digital governance framework across AXA
  • Develop and promote guidelines and factsheets for promoting Governance awareness
  • Set up & drive governing committee, with representation from key Group functions. Ensure decisions are made in accordance with AXA’s digital roadmap & risk appetite. Make sure they’re communicated & well-understood by entities
  • Enforce governance around the digital asset lifecycle
  • Identify and track risks, issues and alerts and ensure appropriate action plans are established and actively monitored. Provide status updates in a timely manner to the necessary stakeholders
  • Track & record all actions & decision made
  • Ensure that Digital Presence Service Level Management is effectively managed and monitored, and issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, annual & on demand management information on Digital Presence
  • Identify, manage, co-ordinate and deliver projects as required to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of Digital Governance
  • Prepare communication pack for governance bodies (IT Board, Mkt Board, Group Audit Committee) in sync with the Office of Chief Security Officer
  • Monitor & manage attainment of objectives

 


Education

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Certification
  • ITIL Fundamentals
  • Overall work experience in the field
  • Overall experience in IT > 7 years
  • Experience of working in large and matrix organizations > 5 years

Skills / abilities

  • Ability to prepare and present oral and written reports, presentations, recommendations and perform necessary research or investigations
  • Ability to prioritize and plan, balancing priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrable skill in statistical analysis, modelling and trending
  • Operate comfortably at management level
  • Result driven / Delivery oriented
  • Fluent in English
