  • Handle customer inquiries (pre-sales or post-sales) from incoming call, emails & walk-in by meeting the SLAs and quality to maximize sales opportunity 
  • Conduct outbound call on follow up/close case (eg follow up missing information on application / form), cross-selling/upselling/retention 
  • Manage incoming correspondence or email promptly to meet the SLA 
  • Serve walk-in customer for all enquiries/requests 
  • Support multi-language and all products with the required skills 
  • Train and assists new joins on both technical and soft skills 
  • Handle direct or assist other colleagues to resolve complaint and to meet the SLA as updated from time to time. Escalate the referral / complex / complaint case to relevant party(ies) to avoid the case turn into serious case / external complaint 
  • Maximize opportunity on cross-selling/upselling/retention, process streamlining for continuous improvement 
  • Build and maintain good relationship and team work within the Team / Partners Support Business Development Manager to launch campaign and initiatives 
  • Support manager during his absence to ensure SLAs is maintaine

  • DSE or above
  • At least 3 years of working experience in customer service/hotline field, preferable with experience in insurance industry or with insurance license
  • Good interpersonal skill with service attitude, attentive to details, problem solving, well organized, self-initiative, multi-tasking, with a passion for customer centricity and a good team player
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills.
  • Accept roster on working schedule, willing to work on Saturday
