The jobholder will be responsible for formulating, executing and providing service to clients with effective and efficient implementation of medical service operations, specifically pre-approval, pre-certification and pre-notification cases, in order to sustain and enhance the company’s image as a provider of high quality health care.

  • Handle precertification in an efficient, professional and timely manner
  • Maintain good relationship with provider and hospitals
  • Conduct case management on regular basis
  • Monitor provider performance (Check daily log from provider network)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Render professional opinion on medical aspects of cases
  • Review customer feedback and liaise with various parties for solutions

  • University degree in medical related field
  • At least 2-3 years medical services experience in pre-approval
  • Experience in customer service or insurance industries an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin a plus
  • Energetic, detailed-oriented, good judgment and problem solving skills
  • Good leadership skills, able to multi-tasks, good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good working computer skills – word, excel, PowerPoint
