 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.

Prepare and present comprehensive analysis details of cost & utilisation report to HR of corporate clients.

2.

Ensure timely Cost and Utilisation presentation analysis to corporate clients with GWP of 500K on quarterly basis.

3.

Review the detailed Cost & Utilisation report and provide some observation and recommendations on medical trend of corporate clients.

4.

Liaising with medical providers, members and HR to provide opinion on medical terms used as well as managing queries to Third Party Administrators.

5.

Conduct staff briefings for corporate clients and managing helpdesk for members of corporate clients under group health.

6.

Manage queries from HR, members or medical providers on medical terms.

Extracting of data and ensuring error free(no duplication) and complete data extraction, messaging, tagging and converting to PowerPoint presentation format.

Providing advice on claim matters based on medical knowledge background.

Consolidate and analyse comprehensive utilisation for AXA group health pool of clients as benchmarked standards.

 

 OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

1.

Assist Individual Health underwriters on reviewing cases for underwriting of retail health products as required.

2.

Additional supporting role on administrative and trainings to internal staffs and agents.

3.

Provide training to BUs on standard cost & utilization report presentation.

4.

Involved in ad hoc project assigned form time to time.


 REQUIREMENTS

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Diploma or Degree in any discipline especially on nursing/medical background and/or related

 

PROFESSIONAL

(i.e. insurance / accounting, etc.)

AMII /ACII / DMII or équivalent insu rance or médical qualifications

 

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in and /or similar role / capacity with nurse/medical background

SKILLS

(i.e. language, IT software, etc.)

Excel(Pivot,Macros, tagging code), PowerPoint

PERSONAL QUALITIES

Technical knowledge on medical, Leadership skills

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Negotiation skills, communication skills etc
