JOB SUMMARY

1.

Providing support for both Group and Individual Health

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.

Dedicated for servicing and managing key corporate direct VIP clients (ie. Sunway group of companies and cases with 3 mil GWP and above) on daily administrative functions and handling enquires from HR personnel and members of corporate clients.

2.

Ensure timely Cost and Utilisation presentation analysis to VIP corporate direct clients on quarterly basis.

3.

Involved in initiatives and key projects for Corporate Direct clients and roll down to all business channels and nationwide.

4.

Ensure the workflow and process flow of Corporate Direct clients are effectively connected to the panel of Third Party Administrators.

5.

Providing staff implementation briefings for corporate direct clients , joint visit in presenting proposal to prospects for corporate direct business channels.

 

 OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.

Ensure timely Cost & Utilisation report for direct clients with GWP of 500K and above.

2.

Additional supporting role on administrative and trainings to internal staffs and agents.



 REQUIREMENTS

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Diploma / Degree Holder

PROFESSIONAL

(i.e. insurance / accounting, etc.)

Not required

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

2 or 3 years in handling Health Corporate Clients

SKILLS

(i.e. language, IT software, etc.)

English, Bahasa Melayu

PERSONAL QUALITIES

Analytical skills and good in data management, able to provide briefing and servicing corporate clients

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Communication and presentation skills
