  1. To identify sales compliance and quality fulfillment gaps on sales practices through statistical analysis and sales quality checking
  2. To make liaison and reinforcement with sales leaders to recommend remedial and improvement actions to close the gaps in sales compliance fulfillment and selling practices.
  3. To maintain and ensure due observance of internal control standards, including timely implementation of recommendations made by Internal Audit.
  4. To ensure awareness and implementation of compliance requirements.
  5. To assist Compliance and Complaint team to investigate the complaint cases regarding sales quality and selling practices in distribution.
  6. To support ad hoc projects as assigned.

  1. University degree in an appropriate discipline.
  2. Considerable working experience in insurance agency channel.
  3. Good understanding of The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (“HKFI”) requirements.
  4. Excellent MS skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  5. Audit or compliance experience is an asset.
  6. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  7. Good team player and able to work under pressure independently.
