Your role:
You will be joining the Global Employer Brand team at AXA.  Our main purpose is to set the employer brand and online attraction strategy for AXA globally, to attract and retain the talent we need to deliver AXA’s business strategy.  Our role is to strengthen and develop AXA’s external image as an employer to attract new talent.  We look at new ways to enhance our candidate and employee experience, adapting to the changing needs and preferences of our future and current employees.  We amplify our employees’ stories and the experiences that help them choose to join and stay with AXA, building their pride in working for AXA and their desire to be ambassadors of our brand.
 
Main accountabilities:
Operationally reporting to the Global Head of Employer Brand and Attraction, you will lead or collaborate with other team members to deliver AXA’s employer brand strategy worldwide.   You will work closely with other Group functions and entities around the world to set standards and guidelines, co-develop global initiatives and build local expertise in employer brand marketing, digital and social media.  You will analyse and track the performance of key initiatives, and recommend ways to optimise performance.
 
Key projects:
You will work in partnership with the Employer Brand Project Manager to:
  • Support the global update of AXA’s employer brand positioning, and roll-out revised employer brand guidelines and campaign materials.
  • Lead the creation and deployment of global content and creative campaigns targeting key talent segments.  This will include leading decisions around creative execution and content creation for online and offline channels. You also manage the campaigns set-up, analytics and reporting.
  • Co-ordinate a network of local employer brand leads across multiple countries, with the objective of facilitating exchanges, building local expertise and sharing good practice.
  • Create global standards and guidelines for AXA’s digital ecosystem, including career sites, social media channels and traffic drivers.  You will do this by working in partnership with 3rd party suppliers and other Group functions, in particular the Resourcing, Marketing and Communications teams.
  • You will advise on AXA’s social media strategy for employer brand and talent attraction. 
  • You will input into and approve the editorial calendar of the Discover AXA channels on Twitter and Facebook, and be responsible for updating content on our global career site and channels such as LinkedIn.
  • Grow our key strategic partnerships, such as with LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Develop global dashboards, metrics and reporting standards, and regular stakeholder updates.
  • Explore ways to develop our image in the external market, including on Glassdoor and Indeed.

Background and Experience :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Marketing, Communications, Digital degree or background a plus
  • Strong project management skills, ideally with experience of managing projects globally/across multiple areas
  • Excellent analytical skills, preferably including campaign and/or social media tracking and reporting
  • Professional fluency or written and spoken written English required; Bilingual English/French is a plus.
  • Experience in influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of digital and social media trends and best practice.
