 JOB SUMMARY

     (Include organization reporting structure as applicable)

 

1.

Prepares and analyse Operations Dashboard (all reports in Operational Excellence, not limited to regional reports).The successful candidate will be required to analyse dashboards and work on improvement areas; also required to work with regional Operations dashboard team on the report updates.

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.

Provides accurate, up-to-date information to business so they can easily visualize data and drill into the details in order to make sound, data driven business decisions.

2.

Responsible for dashboard development by working with users / data providers to understand their data visualization and reporting requirements (i.e. presenting data in an automated fashion, building the dashboards to present the data, providing user support, and educating managers and other users).

3.

Effectively translate end user reporting requirements into design documents; conduct report testing and validation

4.

Responsible for data analysis across multiple systems; and defining data relationships and requirements for data repository

5.

Develop new metrics to assess operational performance. Create, maintain, optimize and support new and existing reports

6.

Develop databases and reports based on standard operating processes.

7.

Extract and integrate enterprise data from various information sources /  data point

8.

Extract and maintain the quality and integrity of data stored database and other office tools that may apply.

9.

Conducts analysis and identify trends in order to support reporting requirements.

10.

Identify opportunities for improvement in databases, data sets, and reports utilized by the department

11.

Run and analyse reports per requests of organizational departments and/or leadership.

 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.

Assist the Operations Management Manager or Head of Operations Excellence with the reporting required for the department.

2.

Works with Business Process Improvement team to review and improve policy processing and servicing SLA



 PERFORMANCE MEASURES

 

1.

  Meet all Operations Excellence KPIs and Service Standards

2.

To ensure reports submission is on time with Regional Operations

3.

To ensure 0 (zero) % of error rate for all the dashboards for Operation Excellence Dept

4.

Zero valid complaints recorded from internal & external customers.

 

 

 REQUIREMENTS

                          

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor Degree of any disciplines

PROFESSIONAL

(i.e. insurance / accounting, etc.)

N/A

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

5 years’ work experience in a similar capacity

SKILLS

(i.e. language, IT software, etc.)

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel Skills)

PERSONAL QUALITIES

·         Strong analytical skills.

·         Enjoy dealing with large numbers of data

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

·         Strong detailed and meticulous

·         Able to work independently.
