Team :
The Media Relations, Newsroom & Reputation Department is in charge of promoting and protecting the external and internal profile of the AXA Group through the development of strong on-going dialogue with the media, opinion leaders, influencers, and executives. It is also in charge of the proactive and reactive management of AXA’s reputation across the Group.
The ultimate objective of the Reputation Management team is to build a reputation risk culture across the Group.  It is in charge of defining and implementing a reputation risk management framework as well as animating and driving the Global Reputation entity network, thereby enabling both the reactive and proactive management of this risk with the ultimate ambition of pre-empting crises and preserving brand & image equity
 
Main missions :
  • Admin for our Global Reputation Network (set up calls / upload documents on ONE, …)
  • Community Management for Global Reputation Network and ONE : share cases, respond to queries, send information
  • Research : reputation risks, crisis case studies, best practices / lessons learned from entities
  • Issue management – social media
  • Crisis communication: help with the hub admin & training / review documentation

Profile :

Undergraduate from a Business School or University in communication, political science, law, or risk management.

Fluent in English and French 

Writing skills and good mastery of Power Point and Word.

Capacity to work in transversal mode with other departments and external communication agencies.

Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively

Ability to work in a multi-cultural team

Autonomy, dynamism, flexibility, commitment
