  • Handle the request or incident case
  • Work with internal and external IT service provider to provide IT systems support
  • Accountable for resolving issues, both short term and long term, to meet and exceed predefined SLAs and KPIs on systems availability and request turnaround time
  • Coordinate with release team for production migration of system bug fix
  • Ensure user satisfaction by providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution services

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Management or other related disciplines
  • Around 3 to 4 years’ related work experience is preferred
  • Good knowledge in Insurance industry, preferably in health insurance 
  • Prior experience in incident management, application or production support position
  • Solid experience in managing and coordinating multiple teams, onshore and offshore, in-house and vendor to perform support and maintenance work
  • Strong inter-personal and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
